Refund timing depends on the return method selected and begins once the returned items have successfully passed our quality check:

• Return via carrier: your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the items at our warehouse.
• Return in store: our boutique associates will begin the process of your refund immediately at the time of return. The corresponding amount will be available on your original payment method within 2–3 business days, subject to your payment provider’s timing.
• Access point drop off: your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the items at our warehouse.

In all the above cases, you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been issued.

The refund will be credited to the same card used for the purchase. Processing time may vary by bank.

• If your card has expired or been replaced but is linked to the same bank account, the refund will appear on your new card automatically.
• If you no longer have an account with the issuing bank, contact them directly for the refund procedure. Typically, banks issue a physical check for the amount.

Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 48 hours after receiving the refund confirmation email.

Refunds for orders paid by Cash on Delivery are made via bank transfer to the account details you provide. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Once the warehouse confirms that the quality check on your returned item has been successfully completed, our Customer Care team will contact you to collect the necessary bank details for the transfer.

Please note:

• The bank account provided must be held in the same country as the shipping address for your order.
• Refunds cannot be issued to accounts registered in a different country.
